6 Signs You’re Ready to Lead Your First Retreat
If you’ve been feeling called to create something deeper, here are 6 signs you’re ready to lead your first retreat:
1. You feel a little bored... not with yoga, therapy, or coaching, but with the studio,
the schedule, the same format every single week. Something in you is itching for more.
2. You're drawn to the idea of making $5-10k in a weekend, or $10-25k from
a week-long retreat, with real room to grow from there.
3. You're genuinely curious about what transformation looks like when it's compounded over multiple days, not just one session or class.
4.You can picture the people in your world in a completely different environment.
More open, more connected, going places you never reach in a regular session.
5. You've been doing what you do for at least a year, and you have people in your world who trust you.
6. You might still be questioning whether it's the right time, or whether anyone
would actually sign up. That's completely normal when you're starting something new.
It doesn't mean you're not ready.
The thing holding most people back isn't experience or audience size. It's not having
a clear roadmap. That's exactly what I teach.
